Why use a climbing wall?

» Indoor climbing challenges both the body and mind. "a vertical environment that is physically demanding and mentally challenging"
» The full-body aspect of climbing not only develops muscle stabilization and increase strength, but also can improve your joint flexibility and range of motion. "every major muscle group in the body contributes to climbing's physical demands"
» Climbing demands complete focus on the task at hand, clearing the mind of daily distractions.
» Climbing is an incredibly social activity
» Because its fun!!!

The first questions most first-timers (with no previous climbing experience) ask is, "what do I do, how do I use the wall?" At the Neverest climbing wall we will turn an intimidating confusion of steep walls covered in a multitude of coloured holds into a safe, fun challenging work out. We have created a course to suit you, what ever your level, ability and needs. We keep our course participant numbers to a minimum so that you have full freedom to use the wall and receive personal training and feedback from our instructors.
