Squash

Naas Health and Fitness has a very active Squash club. We have three competition standard squash courts available from:-

• 6.30am to 8.30pm Monday to Friday (last court start time)
• 9.00am to 4.30pm Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays

Courts are open to members, or members playing with a guest.

Squash sessions are FREE to Gold members,

Silver members pay €4, Guests pay €10 adults/€5 children.

Leagues - The club currently has three teams competing in the Leinster League. The club is looking to expand this whilst catering for all levels of abilities. There is also an internal monthly League that caters for Beginners through to Advanced. More information on our Squash Notice Board.

Squash Coaching - never played before? Like to improve your game? No problem! - we have Adult Coaching courses, next intake Wednesday 11th January 2012. Also available:- Teen coaching (2.30pm) and Junior Coaching (3.15pm) on Saturdays on a pay as you go basis, €FREE to members/€5 per session non members. Kidz Squash coaching takes a break for Christmas, start date to be finalised for 2012.
